On 25 September 2020, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: Problems of Implementation into the National Legislation of Ukraine” was held.

The organizers of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: Problems of Implementation in the National Legislation of Ukraine” were the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, the Ukrainian National Group of the International Criminal Law Association, the All-Ukrainian Association of Criminal Law and the Advisory Mission of the European Union.

The conference venue is the Yaroslav the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. Conference languages: Ukrainian and English.

The following panels were presented at the conference:

1) the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court and the problems of its recognition in Ukraine;

2) implementation of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court into the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine;

3) the impact of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on the General Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine;

4) Ensuring the activities of the International Criminal Court by procedural and criminalistic methods in Ukraine.
